Heroes Never Really Die

What do you say about a man that's inspired hundreds, but more likely, thousands of kids, fans, and players over the course of 88 years? 

Can "thank you" to him and his family every really do justice? 

Living legend to legend.  Play maker to game changer. 

Since his retirement there's been good players, excellent players, players that will be remembered for lifetimes beyond their own but there will never be another Mr. Hockey.  

His talent, his toughness, his graciousness, his love of the game defined who he was.  Nothing and no one can take our memories of Gordie Howe away.  Sharing stories, memories, and thoughts will make sure of this.   

So here's to you Gordie Howe, for all that you've done and all that your memory will continue to do for the sport we all love.
